1995 – 2000 – Leading a Tech Start-Up’s Franchise Division

In 1995, I joined a Tech start-up, leading their franchise division. In this role, I was actively involved with the IFA (International Franchise Association), attended global US Trade Missions, and immersed myself in franchising. After building businesses in 28 international countries in my first year, I fell in love with franchising and never looked back.
